ANUR Ltd. was formed in 1999 to provide higher standard buildings. We specialize in design, evaluation, and construction for residential/commercial buildings of all types (particularly design for design/build).
Our head-office is located in Yerevan, Armenia. The company employs over 60 full-time staff. Our on-site engineers supervise and manage the ongoing projects which are located in different parts of Yerevan. We strive to maintain a position of leadership in construction by hiring the best professionals. Our company offers a broad base of experience in all aspects of residential and commercial construction.
We specialize in Reinforced Concrete (RC) construction and our structures fully comply with National Seismic Building Code and are fully supervised to have all the details applied. As most trained professionals are from Soviet era, when few would complete a project to an industry standard level, it takes time, energy, and money to re-train all those who inherited soviet construction mentality.
Our trained and re-trained professionals have one thing in mind: "Armenia is located in seismic zone and the priority is the highest possible quality of RC and steel construction". Our projects are based on turn-key method of construction (One of few companies so far).
