"BAZUM FIRM" Production Cooperative was founded in 1928. The construction of new premises and production spaces took place in 1984. In 1985-1988 the company has been reequipped with the most modern machinery produced by Japan, USA, Italy and Germany of over 1200 various units including 228 special equipment that allow producing the whole range of garment for men, women and children (coats, raincoats, anoraks, jeans-wear, sports-wear, etc).

Production capacities of the factory:
Testing of fabrics and accessories for quality and quantity is carried out in the development section, which is equipped with 6 machines BK-501 (made in Japan). Area of the section is 2700 square meters, with the capacity of 16200 cubic meters. The company owns a separate warehouse building with the area of 200 square meters and capacity of 1200 cubic meters for the storage of accessories. There is an automated inventory calculation system carried out on computers IBM AT/XT.
Cloth-cutting workshop: Total area is 2580 square meters (3 floors), Number of Cutting boards: 13, 9-12 meters each Numeration of cutouts: 20 manual devices B2 for gluing and marking 2 sets of cloth-cutting systems S-91 "Herber" and 2 devices with interface: AM-5, Facilities for laying fabrics: T-W-5 (Japan), 15 pieces Facilities for gluing duplication of parts: ISF-900 / T-90A and 279 produced by MACPI, Italy and Juki, Japan, 11 pieces Layout planning: Automated system AM-5 "Herber" USA, Computer system: -5 SAPR, Sewing lines: 40-50 seats, Total area: 5760 square meters.
In addition to the above mentioned the Company also possesses a quilting machine made by "Tajima" Japan, two 12-head embroidery machines made by "Tajima" Japan.
Final trimming: Labeling / packing in plastic bags: Performed in the section of thermal-moist processing, where over 80 various thermal treatment presses & machinery are available produced by MACPI, Italy.
Final ironing: Equipment: Ironing presses produced by MACPI, Italy, Presses: Produced by MACPI, Italy and Juki, Japan, Vacuum-exhaust: 1 piece, Japan, Control of section activities by: Repair/maintenance man, Operator
