In the beginning of 1999, "Euroterm" Russian-Armenian JV signed a contact with the well-known Swedish company "Tetra-Pack" on the delivery of a modern technological line for the manufacture of natural juices.
The Noyan juice factory offers a wide range of natural juices, nectars, and beverages that are highly nutritional. Modern Swedish Tetra-Pack equipment and a unique method of cold squeezing preserve the original flavor and vitamins found in sun-ripened fruits.
In addition to popular orange, apple, and tomato juices, customers are offered rare and exotic juices such as pomegranate, rosehip, and sea buckthorn. These are refreshingly new tastes on the international market.
Noyan products the following characteristics:
- The fruit variety, quality, color, ripeness, consistency, and other parameters are taken into consideration for the selection and production of ecologically clean juices and necters.
- The mountain spring water used in our production is cleaned through multiple filters.
- Pits are removed without heating, using a pressure-based pitting machine:;
- The production is continuous, from the initial inspection, cleaning and washing, sorting and sizing, pitting, crushing, heating, pureeing, evaporating, sterilizing, and finally to the aseptic packaging;
- The product is homogenized before filling. Homogenization takes place under 200 bars of pressure, pushing the juice through micro-pores - giving it a more uniform texture.
- The heat treatment process uses modern high-tech equipment, which sterilizes the product at a high temperature for a short time (20-30 seconds) to best reserve the nutritional value and organoleptic qualities of the juice. In addition, this extends the shelf life to 2 years at room temperature and avoids our using preservatives;
- The complete process takes place in a closed, aseptic system;
- In order to assure consistent food quality Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are used, along with rigorous quality control standards throughout the complete production cycle, starting from the acceptance of the raw material all the way to the finished product.
