Hatukpaytshin open joint-stock Company which is considered to be the legal successor of the construction-office # 86, has been set up in 1970 and has been involved in the Ministry of Transport of the Soviet Union of Transzrivprom conglomerate, has clone many drilling-blasting jobs in military buildings, as well as in Goris-Stepanaleert main road, in the North-South of Gharabagh, in mines to get road-metals and stone fragments.
