"Hrazdan RBEE" OJSC was supposed to be based as profit auto-roads building and exploit legal entity.
The enterprise was founded in 1997 on 3 of June on the base of # 165 resolution and on 31 of January 1995 taken by RA Government # 47 resolution about state enterprises as open joint stock company's privatization process.
The goal of enterprise's foundation is well-equipment, repair, and winter keeping works of the interstate and inner republican significance roads.
The enterprise has immovables and for its liabilities is responsible with these immovables.
The enterprise may sign contracts, get and realize immovables and personal permissions. As property the enterprise has also auto-mechanisms.
The main activities:
1. building and exploitation of auto-roads
2. building of small artificial and engineering protecting constructions
3. realization of earth road-bed, basis and coverings
4. auto-roads equipment
5. accomplishment and verdure works
The enterprise realized the building, exploitation, and asphalt works of Yerevan-Sevan route in the margins of Linsi Fund. The enterprise signed the contract with Ministry of Transport and Communications of RA about servicing of current and winter protecting works during 2005-2007 years in Kotayk marz, Hrazdan district.
