Closed Joint Stock Company "Karmshakmekena" is specialized in the sphere of manufacturing of machine-ries and machine tools for mining and machining of na-tural stones (granite, marble, basalt, tuff and etc.).
Enterprise was established in 1959 in Gumri (former Leninakan) and until 1992 worked by the name of "Strommashina". In 1992 the Enterprise was reorganized as Joint Stock company and until 2002 worked by the name of "Karatmekena".
In 2002 the Enterprise was privatized by CJS JV Company "International Business Centre".
Company is equipped with all necessary production machineries, engineering and subsidiary buildings. At present 14 types of machines are produced by the Company, as well as machines by the individual technical request of the customer. Company's products have great demand in Armenia and in foreign countries as well. "Karmshakmekena" CJS Company's orders are formatted beforehand taking into consideration customer requests and possibilities of the Company itself.
Company's products have high technical-exploitation indices, easily are assembled and disassembled. Manual and automatic regimes are adjusted on the machines.
Company produces products of the European Standards level. Machines are distinguished by their low prices and high reliability, which enhanced their competitiveness in the world market. Specialists of the Company are always ready to assist and support the personnel of the customer in exploiting and operating of the machineries at the guarantee period and after.
