"Maran" LLC was founded in 1991 in Vayots Dzor Marz, Yeghegnadzor country. It produces over 4000 bottles of dry natural red wine of Areni aboriginal Armenian sort. Here are the names of wines in disposition now made of 1996-2004 yields: Areni of Maran, Areni of Malishka, Areni of Yeghegnadzor, Noravanq, Bagratuni and Arpa.
The grape is lifted both: from our own vineyards (20 ha, Vayots Dzor Marz, Aghavnadzor village) and from other villages of the region. The storage is made in 300-400 liter barrels and is kept at least 3 years. Collection wines are kept 3 more years in bottles after barrel storage. There is such a collection wine in disposal now with the name st. Anna made of 1996, 1997, 1998 yields.
Our products are also exported to Russian Federation and France. We cooperate with "Areni" CJSC (areni@bk.ru) in Moscow and "Sokofram" LLC (socofram@wanadoo.fr) in Paris; we provide 90 shops and restaurants with our wine in local market.
