"North Island" CJSC is a daughter enterprise of "MACARIOS GROUP", which is both a landowner and complex under construction.
"North Island" CJSC is found in September, 2001 for constructive works fulfillment on the territory of Republic of Armenia, in particular, for the first elite office-and-residential real estate "Nord" complex construction on "Northern Avenue", situated in the so-called "Old Yerevan", at the intersection of Tumanyan street and Teryan street.
