"SDM-Centre" CJSC ("SDM-Centre") is an organization in the territory of the Republic of Armenia which since 1988 is the official representative of the plants and factories of Russian Federation, the Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, producing construction, road-construction, communal, other machineries and mechanisms (Road-Constructing Machines and Mechanisms - RCM&M) and spare parts to them, and provides efficiency and service of more than 189 models of RCM&M of about 520 operating organizations around the region.
"SDM-Centre", as a service-providing organization, has one of the leading positions in the sphere of road-constructing of the Machine-Building Industry and has a big experience in the field of service and repairs of RCM&M as by visiting maintenance crews, equipped with specialized, fast-acting mobile workshops as in permanent conditions.
Availability of the service centre in the region allows:
1. to provide for interests and operative connection between the operating organization, the service centre and the RCM&M producing plants;
2. to provide for highly qualified service of the machinery park in the region;
3. to provide for efficiency of the machineries;
4. to cut expenditures for maintenance of the machineries in efficient state;
5. to reduce for standing idle of the machineries waiting for repair and other technical affect;
6. to provide for high efficiency of technical readiness of the machines;
7. to achieve a high economic index;
8. to reduce to minimum the everlasting disagreement between operating organizations and customers of machines and others.
The subject of activities of "SDM-Centre" is:
1. official representation of the interests of the machine-producing plants and plants producing complete sets for machines in the market of the region;
2. official representation of the products of the machine-producing plants (including consumer goods) in the market of the region (sale-exhibitions and salon-shops);
3. to provide for direct and reverse connection between the RCM&M producing plants, the regional centre and the operating organizations;
4. registration of the machinery park being operated around the region;
5. to give leasing and crediting services to operating organizations for replenishment of the machinery park;
6. to give leasing services to operating organizations for renovation of the machinery park:
6.1. thorough repairs of the machines at the producing plants;
6.2. maintenance and mid-level repair of the machines on the base of "SDM-Centre";
7. to provide for qualified service for the machinery park in the guarantee and after-guarantee period of operating;
8. to provide for efficiency of the machinery park in the region and to reduce the standing idle in waiting for technical affects;
9. to secure circulating repair fund of mechanical, hydraulic and other units, components;
10. assembling and dispatch of the most complicated mechanical and hydraulic units, components to producing plants for restoration of their efficiency;
11. restoration of efficiency of machine parts, units, components on the base of "SDM-Centre";
12. collection of statistic information on reliability and durability of as machines as machine parts, units, components;
13. collection of statistic information on improvement of the methods of technological processes of services;
14. training of machine operators of serving and repairing personnel at machine- producing plants;
15. training and re-training of engineers and technical personnel on service (maintenance) of the machines at "SDM-Centre";
At present there are all prerequisites for extending activities of "SDM-Centre" and for a wider expansion of services for constructing machines, road-constructing machi-nes (RCM&M), communal machines (CM), means of transport, agricultural machines (AM) and other machines in used but in good technical condition and partial new machines of your production and other leading South Korean firms Hyundai, Daewoo, Samsung including enlisting of the necessary industrial areas, sale-exhibitions, and chains of salon-shops.
