It is a foreign investment company, it has been established with the proceeds of the Russian Closed Joint Stock Company "Soglasie" and is the structural subdivision of the latter in Armenia.
Since its establishment in the year 2001, the main purposes and types of activity of the Company are as follows:
Capital construction, projection
Industry, production and realization construction materials and advanced building technologies.
Repair and reconstruction works.
Real estate operations: establishment of business and trade centers with their relevant subsidiary constructions.
Trading activity.
Organization of tourism, rest and entertainment.
Hotel business.
Production-construction base
The activity of the Company is based on a continuously modernized and updated material-technical and industrial base which covers the following units allocated on the territory of 45000 m2:
An assembly point for construction engineering and mechanization, with technical maintenance personnel and parking places.
A concrete junction ensuring big volumes of construction, with its auxiliary premises reinforcing workshop.
Workshop of blocks production mechanical workshop.
A workshop for ferroconcrete structures is being constructed, taking into account the capacity of the base.
Projects
At present the Company is implementing the works of expansion and reconstruction of the building of the former "Central Department Store" belonging to it by ownership right and located in the very center of Yerevan.
In this complex it is envisaged to build about 60000 m2 of dwelling, communal, commercial, public and rest premises.
The total area of Trade center is 45 000 m2 in which it is included.
a) modern bimodal underground car park with 3.5 000 m2
á) Public catering and entertainment centers (cinema, restaurants)
b) Sporting and curative centers
c)Territories for offices.
The total area of modern elit community is 70 000 m2 from which 15 000 m2 was built.
The total area of modern hotel complex is 15 000 m2
The Company also has at its disposal a land area of about 13000 m2, adjoining the newly built Trade Center and the Northern Avenue
