Ara Amiryan LLC. was founded by a customs broker Ara Amiryan in 2001. In the same year the Armenian Ministry of Finance and Economy issued a customs brokerage license to the Company.
Staring from the very first day of having the license and up to now the Company provides customs services to organizations and companies.
During its five-year activities the Company achieved a certain success and won the respect of both customs bodies - as a properly acting and professional company, and of client companies and organizations - as a reliable partner.
The Company was the first one connected by the customs bodies in 2005 to the servers of Araratyan Customs House, TIR Customs and Zvartnots Airport Customs House, which significantly eased the company's staff efforts in preparing, registering and assessing the preliminary declaration - right from the company's office.
Currently Ara Amiryan LLC. supplies services on a contractual basis to a number of well-known companies and organizations, such as Yerevan Brandy Company CJSC, Artashat Canned Food Factory OJSC, Ambiente Italia JV Ltd., Bulvinos Chemicals Ltd., Tigarbo Ltd., Gharabagh Telecom CJSC, Synopsis Armenia CJSC, Hay Dprots Fund (Armenian School Fund), Armenia Vision LLC., and etc. The Company provides also one-time services to the embassies of USA, Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, the Russian Federation, the Ukraine, Greece, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Syria, India in Armenia, as well as to the Consulates of Hungary and Uruguay, UN Office and other international organizations.
Ara Amiryan LLC maintains close cooperation with freight forwarding companies, such as Unitrans, Apaven, Trans-Alliance, Sati, Cargo Jet Line and with the Armenian offices of DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT international mailing services.
