"Concern-Dialog" Closed Joint Stock Company was founded in 1998 with the goal to provide legal advice services to the citizens and legal entities. Many companies such as "Armeconombank", "Anelik bank" and "United bank" which are one of the greatest banks in Armenia, many foreign companies such as American "Tufenkian Fund", "Garni Investment and Development", Swedish "Ecophone", Russian "Rostelecom", Armenian "Yerevan Telecom", "Sirius" Company, "Arcontract" Company, "Art13" TV Company which have made great investments in Armenia have confided the protection and legal ensuring of their legal interests to "Concern-Dialog".
Today the company provides legal advice services to Armenian "Yerevan Telecom" CJSC, Armenian "Yerevan Telecom Solutions" CJSC, Norwegian "Armenian Datacom Company" CJSC and cooperates with "Business Support Center" and American "Washington Capital".
By always modifying its services according to clients' demand today the company provides the following legal services:
- Advocatory services
- Provision of legal advice services in criminal, civil, economic, fiscal and customs fields
- Provision of legal advice services to international organizations and legal entities with foreign investment, including preparation of juridical documents in Russian, English and French
- Registration of all kinds of companies
- Provision of subscriber services to juridical persons including:
a) Preparation of normative documents package established in RA Labor legislation (employment contracts, job descriptions, local and individual acts of employees, etc.)
b) Provision of legal advice services connected with RA Labor legislation
- Translation of juridical documents from Russian, English and French into Armenian and vice-versa
The legal advisers and advocates of the company also take active part in public works, have participated in various seminars including the international seminar of advocates taken place in Austria about making legal advice services accessible to public by the invitation of European Council.
Since 2001 the company cooperates with numerous NGOs.
Besides providing legal advice services, the Company exercises also publishing activities, such as "Employment contracts" and "Employee's intern and personal juridical acts".
