It is almost two years that “KARUTSAGET” LTD has been doing estimation work of real estate and movable property, doing calculation of the cost of material damage caused, as well as doing technical partition of real estate. The Estimation Reports are made on the basis of the clients` appeal or official letter and include the bases of the estimation of the object observed, the time period of estimation, the address of the object observed, the aim of estimation, the presented package of legal documents of the object observed, its detailed description, the choice of estimation method, the detailed description of the method applied and of the calculation of the market value, the expert conclusion, restrictions and special terms, all of the stated in chapters with the same names. Photos are appended to the reports, which which show the commodity appearance of the object presented for observation in the given time period.
