"SOS-Audit" LTD was founded in 1998. The Company was granted the license N 020 by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Armenia, confirming its auditing activities.
The Company has provided auditing, consulting, accounting and conversion services to enterprises of the RA Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Communication and Transport, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education as well as other non-government organisations and private companies.

"SOS-Audit" LTD was qualified by the World Bank in 2001 and now is one of the two Armenian auditing companies, which are allowed and certified to participate in the World Bank tenders.
The company is included in the auditors' list of Izmirlian Foundation and Black Sea Trade & Development Bank.
