"Sretenka-consul" limited liability company was established on 10th of October in 1999.
The Company offers juridical services to physical and juridical persons.
Particularly the Company with its specialists (advocates and lawyers) realizes:
- Consultation: which includes consulting to the clients about their rights and obligations connected with the activity of Judicial system, studying of the documents and formation of other juridical documents ( including contracts, projects, etc).
- Representation: which includes Judicial representation.
There are five departments in the Company's administration:
1. Civil department
2. Economic department
3. Department of taxes and customs
4. Financial and supervision department of co-ordination
5. General department
As it is clearly seen from the division of the departments the Company also juridically supports physical and juridical persons with the problems rising up from the mutual communication to the other State bodies.
The Company also organizes preparing of new juridical persons (State registration), verification, and dissolution and takes up formation of statutes, general conferences and other documents' projects.
